Kevin Popken
Owner
President of the Nebraska Arborist Association. Kevin also chairs the Education committee for the NAA fulfilling his passion to train and develop Arborists in the state and surrounding areas. He was named Nebraska Arborist of the Year in 2014 for his work in training Nebraska arborists and his continued work toward improved Arboriculture within our state.
He enjoys spending time in nature with his family and friends and is active in the local community.
Andy
Certified arborist
Andy has been managing our tree trimming and removal department since 2018. He started doing tree work in 2008, doing both line clearance for a national company as well as residential tree care. Andy is a certified Arborist with Nebraska Arborist Association.
He has a passion for serving others, and is always willing to help in whatever is needed. During the flooding, Andy put in long hours for 4 weeks hauling loads of debris for the Fremont community and Samaritans Purse as part of our "Give back program." Andy serves our country as an active member of the Army National Guard.
When not working and helping other he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family and friends.
Branden
Certifed Arborist & NDA Licensed applicator
Branden has been with our company since 2014. Before joining Lawngevity Lawn/Urban Tree, Branden worked as an Applicator for a national lawn chemical company. Branden brings with him a passion to his work and the customers he serves. He continues to look for opportunities to learn and grow in his knowledge of turf and trees to bring more to the customers he serves.
He enjoys fishing, video games, family and friends. Branden is an NDA Licensed Applicator and Nebraska Certified Arborist.
Jeff
plant health manager & certified arborist
He has been in the green industry for almost 16 years; starting while still in high school. Jeff became a Certified Arborist at the age of 22. He studied Business Management at Metropolitan Community College. Jeff serves on the board of Directors for the Nebraska Arborist Association. Jeff enjoys boating, camping, fishing, and hunting. He has been married for 9 years.
Tymm
Lawn Tech
Tymm has been working as a lawn tech for the company since 2014. He is a Licensed Commercial Applicator. His life revolves around work and his family, Bailey and their young children Byson and Blossom. When he is not working or with his family he plays guitar for the bands The Dill Pickles and Gilly and the Kid.
